An item is missing from my order. How is this possible?

Your order may be shipped in multiple parts if an item is out of stock in our warehouse. Then this item comes from one of our stores.
It will be mentioned on the packing slip if this is the case.

If there is an item missing from your order, we ask you to contact our customer service with your order number and the name of the missing item. We'll help you then. Our sincere apologies if this happened to you!

If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we ask that you contact your post office or delivery service directly to file a claim. In this case, we would also appreciate it if you send us a photo of the damaged package.
