After your return package has been delivered to us at the Jan van Galenstraat in Schiedam (the Netherlands), it may take up to 10 working days before your return has actually been processed. Every return is carefully checked by us, before the item goes back in stock. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns originating from Ireland take an average of 9-12 days to reach our warehouse. The full processing time can take up to 23 to 26 days.
