Yes, it is possible to return an order that was paid for with a giftcard.

We do not exchange any giftcard into cash.
Did you pay partly with a giftcard and the rest with another payment method? We will then first refund the store credit to your account.
Returned items paid for with the The Little Green Bag giftcard will be converted into store credit which you can find in your account.
When you return an item that was (partly) ordered with a giftcard other than The Little Green Bag Giftcard, you will receive (for this part) a giftcard from The Little Green Bag instead. It is not possible to refund the credit to the previously used giftcard.
