Warranty bags and wallets

So sorry to hear that you have a complaint about your bag or wallet! We offer a standard one-year warranty on these two product groups

With bags, the product and/or manufacturing defects of the bags are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Which things are not covered by the warranty?

Wear, damage or improper use are excluded from warranty

The transfer of color* on clothing and/or other materials is also not reimbursed.

The complaint is always carefully assessed by our complaints department and, if necessary, also in consultation with the relevant supplier In addition, it is your own responsibility to maintain the item properly with a leather spray, wax, leather cream and/or other maintenance items intended for this purpose.

* Due to the strict EU requirements, mainly for the tanning and dyeing process, environmentally friendly water-based paints are used with this annoying side effect.
