Warranty jewellery

The Little Green Bag offers a 3 to 6 month warranty on jewellery, calculated from the purchase date stated on the invoice.

Jewellery includes the following items:

- rings
- bracelets
- earrings
- necklaces
- pendants and charms
- anklets

When you have received a damaged piece of jewelry upon delivery, you always have a warranty on it. Report this to our customer service within 7 days via the online complaint form.

If the piece of jewellery has broken within the trial period of 30 days, you also have a guarantee on this. Do report the complaint within the trial period via the same complaint form, so that customer service can resolve the complaint.

Which things are not covered by the warranty? (except above periods)

- Breakage of material;
- Damages due to improper use;
- Damages due to a third party modification or repair;
- Water and/or fire damage;
- Damage due to user traces, such as scratches or discoloration;
- Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin;
- Discoloration from using water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray;
- Discoloration from cleaning with chemicals;
- Loss of the back of your earrings;
- Warranty on leather jewelry only covers manufacturing defects;
- Warranty on natural stone jewelery only covers manufacturing defects.
